Feelings

Everyone feels upset at some point, whether it's about something really personal and terrible things happening, or a break up, lost a loved one or other things like that, and don't feel alone.. I've been upset at most of these things, and it's not a great feeling!
And if you haven't, I suggest you to write on a notebook or a diary of your feelings, everyday. It feels so great because your diary will start to become your best friend. You can express things and write on your diary, write absolutely anything on your diary. Writing things on your diary is basically recording the stuff you've done in your life, it's always great to look back.

If you're upset, go to the mirror.. look at that amazing, absolutely fantastically beautiful person right there, and point to that person, and say to him/her.. "You are absolutely stunningly beautiful, and absolutely no one can change that".
Do that everyday, you will feel happy as ever.
Oh and to make your day even brighter... You right there, you are an amazing person, and never stop smiling because your smile is so beautiful it will make other people smile.
